I almost didn’t use this image of me, because I have baby spit up on my sleeve and breast milk leaking through my shirt, but there couldn’t be a better representation of who I am, so here you go! As a busy mom of four kids I know how hard it can be to find time to nourish your mind, body, and soul in the midst of motherhood. I personally go through seasons where I am super disciplined (making sure I am cooking most meals at home with anti-inflammatory ingredients, and moving my body in some way each day), and seasons where it feels like I am drinking from a firehose, making it near impossible to do all the “right” things. I know there is grace for me during those chaotic seasons, and I want you to know there’s grace for you, too! With new mercies every morning I can confidently face each day, filled with hope that I will be the best wife, mom, homeschool teacher, business owner, and friend I can be.

I created this little corner of the Internet in 2017, when I became a Certified Whole30 Coach. After nearly five years working for the Whole30 (and many where I held Advanced Level Coaching status), helping hundreds of clients change their health, habits, and relationship with food through the elimination and reintroduction program, Whole30 HQ has dissolved their Coaching Certification program. While this means I am no longer able to accept paying clients, I am still very much an advocate for the Whole30 as a template for healthier living. Many of the recipes I post will still be Whole30 compatible to help anyone seeking to go through the reset on their own, and I am definitely still here to offer support, advice, and accountability for wherever you are on your journey.

Moving forward, there are big things in the pipeline, and I will update when I have worked out all of the details. In the meantime, I am still here raising and homeschooling my four beautiful children, hopping on my social media to share recipes and mom hacks as time permits, and slowly adding the dozens of recipes on my phone that are waiting to find a permanent spot on my website. Whether you’ve been here with me on this journey for five years or five minutes, I want you to know how much it means to me that you’re here! Thank you, and may God bless you with health, happiness, laughter, and community.
